FCC Broadband Label Generator for ISPs 🏷️

Our new Broadband Label Maker makes it effortless to create labels for your data service plans that comply with FCC regulations. This feature, now integrated with our Customer Portal, ensures that the correct label is displayed to your subscribers whenever they log in.

How the FCC Label Generator works:

Generate a Report: Within your Sonar instance, or by downloading a blank CSV template, you can format the data for your service plans.

Upload Your Data: Once your CSV is populated, upload it to our label generator tool.

Get Your Labels: The tool quickly generates as many FCC-compliant labels as your CSV includes, formatted perfectly for digital display.

Future Serviceable Addresses for Scheduled Provisioning 📍

Our new Future Serviceable Addresses feature allows you to schedule a target date for a new or current subscriber to take over a Serviceable Address, even if it's currently occupied. This enables you to schedule a job for the subscriber's account without the Serviceable Address being assigned yet.

Payment VOID Enhancements in sonarPay 💰
