Sonar is a unified OSS/BSS platform for broadband ISPs. It runs billing, customer management, the network, field dispatch, and inventory in one system instead of four or five separate tools.
Who is Sonar built for?+
Broadband operators, mostly Tier 2 and Tier 3 ISPs in the 5,000 to 75,000 subscriber range, across fiber, WISP, cable, MDU, and VoIP.
How long has Sonar been building for ISPs?+
Since 2015. Broadband operations is the only thing we build software for.
Is Sonar's support outsourced?+
No. Support is in-house and North America based, staffed by people who know how an ISP actually runs day to day.
