Sonar Customer Portal Upgrade: Ubuntu 16.04 End of Support (May 30th, 2023)
On Monday, July 10th, Sonar Software deployed an upgrade to the Customer Portal module. As a result of this upgrade, Ubuntu 16.04 is no longer supported for use with the Customer Portal. ISPs still running the outdated 16.04 release must upgrade their server to a newer version, either 18.04 or 22.04 (recommended), before Monday, July 10th.
