Sonar now supports custom links directly on Serviceable Addresses and Network Sites, so your team can open external planning tools, documentation, and dashboards in one click from the record. It is a small but powerful update to custom links in Sonar, designed to give your team even more flexibility and efficiency.
In addition to Accounts and Tickets, you can now add custom links directly to Serviceable Addresses and Network Sites. That means fewer tabs, faster access to external tools, and more time spent getting things done.
What you can do with custom links on sites and addresses
Add custom links to address and site records to streamline access to planning tools, documentation, and dashboards.
Use dynamic record info, like a custom field value or entity ID, to auto-generate personalized URLs for each link.
Connect Sonar to your external workflows, from permit portals to remote device dashboards, right where you need them.
How to set up a custom link in Sonar
1. Go to Settings → Custom Links in your Sonar instance.
2. Create a new link, selecting Serviceable Addresses or Network Sites as the target entity.
3. Enter your destination URL and include dynamic values using tokens like or .
4. Save it once - Sonar will display the appropriate link on each related record automatically.
No more copy-pasting URLs or digging through bookmarks. Just one click from the record, and you’re exactly where you need to be.
