Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Now Available in Sonar

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is now available in Sonar, adding a second verification step beyond your password so that a stolen password alone cannot grant access to your account. We are excited to announce this significant update designed to strengthen the security of your Sonar instance - Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is now available!

With the increasing need for robust digital security, MFA provides an extra layer of protection for your Sonar account by requiring not just a password, but also a second verification step. This means that even if someone manages to get hold of your password, they would still need the additional authentication factor to access your account.

Key benefits of MFA for your ISP

Enhanced Security: Protect your subscriber data with an added layer of defense against unauthorized access.

Flexible Options: Use an authenticator app of your choice (such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator) for seamless integration.
User-Friendly Setup: Each user can enable MFA for their own account by adding a verification factor in their personal user settings.
