The Sonar Calix Cloud integration aligns your network performance data with customer operations directly inside Sonar, so support teams see subscriber and service context in one place. We're excited to announce this integration that makes it easier than ever to connect what your network is doing with how you manage subscribers.
With this update, you can:
Automatically sync subscriber and service data from Sonar into Calix Cloud.
Streamline support workflows by surfacing key Sonar data directly within your subscriber view in Calix Cloud.
Access enriched performance metrics through a deep link from Sonar directly to the subscriber's record in Calix Cloud.
How the Calix Cloud integration works:
Enable the integration by connecting your Calix Cloud account in Sonar's Integrations area.
Map your Sonar services and subscribers to Calix entities, ensuring all relevant data aligns correctly.
Once linked, Sonar regularly syncs key subscriber data - like service level, address, and contact info - to Calix Cloud.
