Account Archives lets ISPs move disconnected accounts into a dedicated Archived Accounts section, decluttering the active accounts table while keeping subscriber records searchable, organized, and compliant.

We're excited to introduce the Account Archives feature - designed to give you more control over inactive accounts while keeping your Sonar instance organized and compliant.

With Account Archives, you can now:

Move disconnected accounts to a dedicated Archived Accounts section.

Declutter your active accounts table without losing important subscriber records.

Easily search and retrieve archived accounts when needed.

How account archiving works in Sonar:

Accounts can be archived from the Accounts Table or Account Overview Page.

Only accounts meeting specific criteria (e.g., no open tickets, no outstanding balance) are eligible for archiving.

Once archived, accounts are stored separately with restricted actions but remain searchable and accessible.
